Pelicans Roost Resort’s main lodge, nestled on the waters of the Bayou Terre Aux Boeufs, is a feast for your senses. Extensive use of authentic regionally significant and rare antiques, Cypress and Sinker Cypress woodwork throughout and all the amenities of a five-star hotel are presented with impeccable attention to detail.
These details extend into the Three berthing quarters with top-of-the-line Twin XL 14.5” thick pillow top bedding. The floating main lodge sleeps up to 12 guests.

The well-stocked bar includes an impressive selection top shelf liquors, a wide assortment of domestic and imported beers, draft beer, frozen mugs and glasses, ice machine, soft drinks and a 55” HD TV. The main salon has comfortable leather chairs, a massage chair and an 80” HD television.

The main dining area comfortably seats 12 on antique Chippendale chairs around a custom built 13’ Sinker Cypress Table. A Bose stereo system provides music both inside and outside and Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
Outdoor Entertainment & Patios
The lodge has 3 patios for you and your guests to utilize during your stay. The bow main deck patio has seating for 14 and includes the Bar-B-Que Pit, and gas fryers.
The rear smoking deck has seating for 6. The elevated third patio, with a magnificent view of the marsh and New Orleans skyline, has seating for 6 as well as a large hot tub spa.
The entire outdoor area is protected from inclement weather as well as an automatic, odor-free, bug repellent misting system, because after all we are in the heart of the Louisiana wetlands.
